Tampa:
The monthly dinner meetings are held on the third Monday of the month.
Effective with the March 2012 meeting the location is the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 4500 West Cypress Street, Tampa.

The monthly lunch meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at DeVry University, East Campus (I-4 exit 5 at MLK), 6700 Lakeview Center Drive, Suite 150,Tampa, FL 33619.

Sarasota:
For 2012 the Sarasota dinner meetings have been rescheduled back to monthly and are held on the third Wednesday of every month. They are held at The Meadows Country Club, 3101 Longmeadow, Sarasota, FL 34235

Meetings Overview:
Dinner Meeting
Sign up early for the Tampa dinner meetings! The cutoff time for registration is 12:00pm the Friday before the dinner meeting to get the needed meal count order to the hotel.
Lunch Meeting
For the lunch meeting there is a maximum capacity of 25 people and anyone planning to attend should pre-register. The cutoff time for registration is 9:00 am the day of the lunch meeting to get the needed headcount for the lunch order (typically pizza).
We cannot guarantee there will be enough seat space for any walk-ups, but we will accept payments at the door by ash or check for the lunch meetings at DeVry. If you pre-registered please bring a print-out of your registration e-mail to show that you have paid for the event. The lunch meeting will promptly begin at 12:00pm and end by 1:00pm. Please make every effort to arrive early to get lunch and a drink to minimize disturbance to the presenter and other attendees. Unfortunately special orders cannot be provided at the lunch meetings.
Charges for the chapter dinner meetings:
Chapter Members with advanced registration: $25
Non-members with advanced registration: $30
Speaker Only (no dinner): $15.00

Dress is business casual.
Guests:
Guests are welcome. You do not need to be a member of PMI to attend our monthly meetings. However, if you prefer dinner please be sure to make dinner reservations in advance. Speaker only attendees are also welcome. You may register in advance, or at the door for speaker only.
