May 19, 2008 Chapter Meeting


Our May 19 chapter meeting dinner speaker will be Glenn Counts. Glenn Counts is the founder and CEO of The Earned Value Group, Inc (EVG, Inc.) and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Earned Value Management Training, Implementation and Certification services to clients. Glenn will present “The ABC’s of EVM: Understanding Earned Value Management – How it will help you deliver value to your customer.” This presentation will discuss the fundamentals of Earned Value Management and will place emphasis on the steps to develop a project’s earned value management system: Define – Estimate – Schedule – Baseline. Speaker Only Reservations:

Speaker Only attendees are asked to register and pay in advance using the main reservation page. However, we want to ensure that all members who wish to attend the speaker only portion can do so. Walk-ins without reservations are welcome! If you cannot register in advance, just come and join us and register at the door.

Note: If you are unsure if you can attend a meeting by the registration cutoff, you can still attend for the speaker only portion. Registration in advance is preferred, but you may still pay at the door without a reservation if you feel your plans are subject to change.
